== Membership is by adoption of the International Green Charter and swearing to uphold its principles, and assuming the responsibility of working as much as the circumstances permit to achieve its goals. Leadership in the movement is (r)evolutionary and determined by adoption of ideology and platform. Tireless activity and material support to achieve its aims are criteria of exemplary leadership. ==

Every member that does not come to agreement (in form of consensus) or could not attend the local MATHABA meeting with the rest of the members of the local (r)evolutionary committee, national or regional movement, must adopt the decisions made.

The smallest organizational unit is the (r)evolutionary committee. All the (r)evolutionary committees together with individual members, make up the local or national Green Charter (R)Evolutionary Committees Movement. They meet at their local MATHABAs and may hold public, local, regional or national conventions, at which they encourage the masses in general to join the People's Conferences.
