Evolutionary Committees

Evolutionary Committees
Evolutionary Committees, sometimes written as (R)Evolutionary Committees in order to allow for either term "Revolutionary Committee" or "Evolutionary Committee" are formed by those who have embraced the Third Universal Theory and adopted The Green Book dicta.
Usually an Evolutionary Committee starts with just one man or woman who, upon discovering the solutions offered by The Green Book, convinces others around him or her of these solutions, after inviting them to study the Third Universal Theory, after which they form an Evolutionary Committee in order that the (R)Evolution of each one of them not be a mere suicidal or failed attempt.
(R)Evolutionary Committees typically have a membership of just 3, 5, or 7 (R)Evolutionaries, and may be open or secret according to their circumstances and the dictatorial conditions surrounding them. All Evolutionary Committees are de facto members of the International Green Charter Movement, and adopt the Jamahiri Manifesto in addition to affirming the rights and freedoms of the International Green Charter.
Their meeting places are the Mathabas, where they formulate their daily, weekly and yearly programs.
